Data deletion

Last updated 17 October 2026

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. This page explains how, for each kind of user. What we hold and why is described in our Privacy Policy.

How to ask

Email privacy@saleflowpoint.com from the email address on the account, and say which data you want deleted (your whole company, one customer’s details, your customer account, or a connection such as WhatsApp or Google Calendar). We confirm we have received the request within 3 business days, may ask you to prove the account is yours, and complete it within 30 days. We write back when it is done.

A company and its staff

A company’s owner can ask for the whole company to be erased. Before that, you can export your data. Erasing removes the company’s staff accounts, customers’ personal details, uploaded files, website, connections and messages. Sales, invoices and payments that the law requires us to keep for accounting are anonymised rather than deleted, so the books still add up but no longer name a person. A paid plan is cancelled first, so no further charge can be made.

A shop’s customer

If you bought from a shop that uses SaleFlowPoint, that shop controls your details: ask the shop first, and its staff can erase your personal details from their customer list. If the shop does not answer, write to us at the address above, with the shop’s name.

An online customer account (chat with shops)

Write to us from the email address of your customer account. We delete the account and your messages to shops.

Connections: WhatsApp and Google Calendar

  • WhatsApp (being introduced): a company that has connected its WhatsApp number can disconnect it from its settings; we then stop receiving its messages and delete the access token at once. To have the stored conversations and contacts deleted as well, ask as above. You can also remove SaleFlowPoint’s access from Facebook: Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations.
  • Google Calendar: disconnecting it from the company’s Scheduling settings removes our access at Google and deletes the stored tokens at once. You can also remove access from your Google Account’s security settings.

Payment records

Card payments are handled by Paddle, which keeps its own records under its privacy policy; contact Paddle at paddle.net for those. Our own billing records are kept for as long as accounting law requires, then deleted.
