SaleFlowPoint is subscription software, billed monthly or yearly. This policy explains when you can get your money back. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Try before you pay
Every new company starts on the free plan, with no payment needed. Please use it to make sure SaleFlowPoint fits your business before you choose a paid plan.
How billing works
- Each paid plan has one price for the whole plan, shown on our pricing section in US dollars with tax included. For example, a plan for 5 branches at $35.00 a month costs $35.00 a month.
- You pay in advance, monthly or yearly, and the plan renews automatically on the same day of each month or year until you cancel.
- Card payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so the charge on your statement and the receipt come from Paddle. You can also ask to pay by local bank transfer from the Billing page.
- Changing to a larger plan takes effect at once: you pay only the difference for the rest of the current month or year. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your company keeps its plan until the end of the month or year you have already paid for, then moves to the free plan; you can change your mind and resume until then. Your data is kept, and you can export it.
When we refund
- First payment: if you ask within 14 days of your first paid charge, we refund it in full. This applies to a first monthly or first yearly payment.
- Billing mistakes: a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge for a plan you did not choose is always refunded in full.
- Service problems: if SaleFlowPoint was unavailable for a large part of a month because of a fault on our side, we refund or credit that month.
When we don’t refund
- Payments after the first one, for a month or year that has started.
- The unused part of a month or year when you cancel or move to a smaller plan part-way through it. A yearly plan cancelled early keeps running to the end of its year.
- Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms of Service.
This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
