These terms govern use of SaleFlowPoint by a registered business ("you", "your company") and its staff. By registering a company or signing in to an existing one, you agree to them.
SaleFlowPoint is operated by Kaleem (known as K Waheed), an individual sole proprietor based in Pakistan. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the operator. Contact: support@saleflowpoint.com.
You own the catalog, sales, customer, and financial data your company enters. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf — see the Privacy Policy for how it's handled and protected. You can export or request deletion of your company's data at any time.
SaleFlowPoint is a tool for running a lawful business. When you register you agree to these terms, and we record the date and the version you agreed to. You agree not to:
You decide what your business sells and to whom. You are solely responsible for your products, services, prices and listings; for holding every licence, registration and permit your trade needs (a pharmacy, for example, for the medicines it dispenses); for charging and paying the right taxes; and for obeying the consumer, trading and data protection laws that apply to you. We provide the software. We do not sell your goods, we are not a party to your sales, and we do not check what you sell before you sell it.
If we learn, or reasonably suspect, that an account is being used in breach of this section, we may remove the content concerned, suspend the account or close it, without notice where the matter is serious, and we may report it and share the account's records with the authorities where the law requires or allows it. You agree to cover losses and claims we face because of your breach of this section, to the extent the law allows.
Features like Google Calendar sync or AI-assisted product import are opt-in and can be disconnected at any time from your company's settings. Enabling them means you consent to the data use described in the Privacy Policy for that specific feature.
When WhatsApp can be connected, a company that connects its number must also follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies, and message only customers who have agreed to hear from it. Meta may charge for some messages (template messages sent outside a customer’s 24-hour reply window); how those charges are paid will be shown before the feature is switched on.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. The offline-capable point-of-sale screen is designed to keep working — and queue sales — through a lost connection, but this isn't a substitute for your own backups of anything you can't afford to lose.
We may update these terms or the Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of each page reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, including lost sales or profits from downtime or an error in a company's own data entry.
You can request deactivation of your company's account at any time. We may suspend or deactivate an account for a material breach of these terms, with notice where practical. Cancelling a paid plan, and refunds, are covered by our Refund Policy.
